With the second installment of Snowpocolypse forming over the US, my mind is thinking about summer! Part of my goals this year included increasing my cardio, including hiking, running, cardio machines at the gym, and HIIT workouts. It has always been a personal goal and dream of mine to run a half marathon. Training for a half marathon has been difficult for me in the past because I have exersize-induced asthma. I run 2-3 miles pretty regularly but usually plateau around 6 miles.
