Happy New Year, sweet souls! Welcome to a fresh start and 365 days of new opportunity. You all requested more wellness in recent polls. Much of wellness is mindset and mental health. I am a strong believer of the Law of Attraction. Read more on the law of attraction HERE. Basically, the LOA states that if you believe you can accomplish something, it will happen. To help drive and assist this belief, I choose a new mantra to focus on in my personal life each week.
I read and repeat it often to help establish belief in the statement. Usually I choose a statement that, if positively true, would propel me forward in life. If I am stuck in fear and insecurity, I will choose a confidence-boosting mantra.
Below, I have shared just 19 examples of mantras you might choose. I organized them by topics: confidence, manifestation, gratefulness and contentment, productivity, anxiety or fear, self-love and fear of missing out, and positivity. Truly, a mantra can be any statement you choose. There are no limits.
Where to Put Your Mantra
- Save it as your screensaver or phone background.
- Text it to a friend.
- Write it up on your mirror.
- Rewrite it 100 times as a way to ingrain it into your subconscious.
- Write it out largely and spend a meditation focusing on the statement.
- Ponder the statement as you stare into a flame.
- Write it on a sticky note and post it up on your work computer.
- Use the statement as your motivation, intention, and focus throughout a yoga class.
- Save it to your Pinterest board.
- Print it out and put it by your bedside.
- Repeat the mantra 108 times as you hold and touch each bead on a mala necklace.
How to Use A Mantra
Read the mantra and think about it. Soak the statement in. Ponder its meaning.
Notice if any fear or doubt creeps up when the sentence goes through your head. Acknowledge and release that fear and negativity. Take a few breathes, exhaling that negativity. These are situational emotions to the world and your environment. They are learned reactions. We are re-learning how to process a statement (mantra) into truth.
[When you are a child and your parents tell you something, you simply believe them because the world has not taught you any differently. Distrust, doubt, and fear come with age and experience. Remember how you believed you were going to be a millionaire by 30?]
Next, feel the statement. Notice how the statement makes you feel through mind, heart, and body. What emotions would arise if the statement suddenly became 100% reality and fact. What if you believed it with all your being? Now pretend to feel that emotion. Send out the frequency, hormones, vibrations, or whatever if is, of that emotion into the world.
Repeat it to yourself with full intention and belief, as if it as a truth, fact, and reality as the ground beneath you.
Repeat this process often. Watch as your mindset changes and the vibrations you send into the world bounce back to you. The more you repeat your mantra of choice, the more you believe it. You can manifest your wildest dreams to fruition. Read along to save or screenshot 19 of my latest, favorite mantras or you can create your own.
